All Edelweiss purchases come with free insured shipping. In the event you need to send something back to Edelweiss for sizing or repair, your specialist will provide an insured shipping label free of charge unless a special arrangement is otherwise discussed. Shipping is always overnight or 2-day, unless otherwise specified by your specialist.


Returns & Exchanges

The Edelweiss 30-day return policy permits customers to return their merchandise for 100% refund in the form of store credit for up to 30 days after the piece is delivered to the customer. After 30 days, all sales are final. Store credit does not expire.


Jewelry Care

All you need is a soft-bristled toothbrush, some dish soap, and a sink. Make sure to plug the drain just in case anything falls out of the jewelry, though this would be unlikely. Lather the tooth brush with soap and lukewarm water and gently scrub the jewelry, making sure to get the undersides of gemstones where oils can build up. Do not brush hard, especially in places where there are pavé diamonds. Rinse jewelry and let air dry on paper towel for 10 minutes.
